Multi-School HVAC Maintenance Programme

The client required a full planned HVAC maintenance programme to be completed across seven separate school sites within the fixed six-week summer window. The works had to be coordinated around restricted access, safeguarding requirements and the deployment of multiple engineering teams, while ensuring every asset was operational before the start of the new academic year.

Emtec Climate Solutions deployed multiple engineering teams through a centrally managed delivery programme. Across the seven sites, the team serviced 1,050 fan coil units, 75 air handling units and 7 chillers, while coordinating access, specialist tools, equipment and site logistics. All PPM activity was recorded digitally through JobLogic, providing service records, asset condition reporting, defect identification and lifecycle visibility across the estate.

The full programme was completed within the six-week summer window with zero missed PPM visits across all seven schools. The client received consistent maintenance delivery and improved asset visibility across the estate. Following two years of successful service delivery, the contract was extended for a further three years.
