Mechanical and Commercial Gas Services
Commercial Heating Understood
We install, service and repair commercial heating and gas systems. Our Gas Safe registered engineers work on boilers, burners, gas-fired water heaters and the mechanical services connected to them, helping customers keep their buildings heated, safe and operational.
A boiler fault is not always just a boiler fault. We investigate how the burner, pumps, valves, pipework, controls and water circulation work together, so the recommended repair addresses the cause of the problem. We also support plant replacement and upgrades, including reviewing lower-carbon heating options where existing equipment is ageing or no longer meets the building’s needs.
Support for your heating and mechanical plant
Depending on your equipment, we can provide:
- Commercial gas and heating plant servicing
- Fault finding and breakdown repairs
- Boiler, burner and gas-fired water heater works
- Pumps, valves, pipework and controls investigations
- Mechanical plant replacement and upgrades
- Condition reporting and lifecycle assessments
- Landlord gas safety checks and records where applicable
What happens after a service visit?
You receive a digital report showing what we checked, any faults found and the work carried out. We’ll identify safety or operational issues requiring prompt action and explain any further repairs, planned upgrades or replacement options we recommend.
Who we work with
FAQs
Here you can find answer to our most-asked questions
Are your engineers Gas Safe registered for commercial work?
Yes. Our commercial gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers with the qualifications appropriate to the equipment and task.
Can you investigate a heating problem that keeps coming back?
Yes. We can look at the gas appliance and the connected system, including pumps, valves, controls and water circulation, to establish what is causing the issue.
Can you provide a landlord gas safety record?
Yes, where a landlord gas safety check is required and the appliances fall within our engineers’ qualifications. We can review the property and equipment to confirm the appropriate scope.
Do you work on mechanical plant as well as gas equipment?
Yes. Associated pumps, pipework, valves, pressurisation equipment and controls can be included within the agreed scope.
Can you replace an ageing commercial heating system?
Yes. We can assess the current plant and building requirements, then recommend a replacement or phased upgrade approach, including suitable lower-carbon options.
