Statutory compliance
Building services requirements vary according to the equipment and how it is used. We review your plant and help plan the relevant F-gas, gas safety and air-conditioning inspections, making clear what is due and who needs to carry it out.
F-gas and refrigerant compliance
The need for F-gas leak checks and their frequency depend on the refrigerant and the amount held in the system. Our qualified engineers carry out applicable checks, maintain equipment records and identify leaks requiring repair.
We can also review older equipment and advise on its condition, refrigerant availability and future replacement options.
Refrigerant transition and decarbonisation
As older systems become harder to maintain, we can help you plan what comes next. We assess the existing plant and set out practical options for repair, replacement and lower-GWP equipment where appropriate, alongside opportunities to reduce energy use.
TM44 air-conditioning inspections
Air-conditioning systems within the inspection requirements need periodic assessment by an accredited energy assessor. We can arrange TM44 inspections and help you understand the findings, including any recommendations for improving efficiency or planning future works.
Commercial gas safety
Our Gas Safe registered engineers carry out checks and servicing on commercial gas equipment within their qualifications. We can also provide landlord gas safety checks and records where they apply to the property and equipment.
Healthcare ventilation
We work on AHUs and ventilation systems serving healthcare premises. We can investigate performance issues against the system’s agreed requirements and relevant HTM 03-01 guidance, then coordinate specialist verification or validation where needed.
Compliance records
We provide clear records of checks carried out, faults found and actions recommended. Where we manage an agreed maintenance programme, we can also help track upcoming inspections and the condition of your equipment.

Are F-gas checks required for every air-conditioning system?
No. The requirement and frequency depend on the refrigerant and the amount in the system. We can check the equipment details and advise what applies.
Is a TM44 inspection the same as an air-conditioning service?
No. A TM44 inspection is a separate energy assessment carried out by an accredited assessor. Routine servicing does not replace it.
Can you keep track of our inspection records?
Yes. As part of an agreed contract, we can maintain records for the checks we carry out and help you plan when future inspections are due.
